The numbers have reached epidemic proportions in the United States, statistically effecting lower income people disproportionally and not just African-American women and black single moms. Lex Drás addresses the issues of character and values in a woman&amp;amp;apos;s Mindset that allows unplanned pregnancies to happen in the first place.  This travesty leads to psychologically abandoned children and is the cause of such calamity in those adults we see today.  Physically abandoning a child is the unthinkable but done PSYCHOLOGICALLY is exactly what women do when they DECIDE to give birth under such conditions.
